Pakistan Ends South Africa's 10-Test Unbeaten Run.
Shaheen Afridi claimed a quartet of wickets in the final innings following failing to take a wicket in the first innings.

Pakistan won by 93 runs
The national team brought an end to the reigning champions the Proteas' unbeaten run by achieving a 93-run win in an entertaining and hard-fought first Test in the city of Lahore.
The Proteas, who had a 10-match winning streak in Test cricket ended with victory over Australia in the WTC final in the month of June, were dismissed for 183 in pursuit of 277.
Having resumed on 51-2, they saw the dismissal of century-maker Tony de Zorzi leg before wicket to left-arm quick Afridi to the third delivery of the day to push the tightly balanced chase in Pakistan's favour.
Slow left-armer Noman, who took 10 wickets for 191 runs in the game, dismissed Tristan Stubbs for 2 and clean bowled Dewald Brevis, who offered some resistance with a run-a-ball 54.
Off-spinner Sajid Khan also took advantage of significant spin to terminate opener Ryan Rickelton's stay - he lasted 145 deliveries for 45 runs - and Shaheen came back in the post-lunch session to knock over the lower order with a fine display of reverse-swing bowling.
He trapped Kyle Verreynne lbw for 19 and bowled Subrayen and Kagiso Rabada to seal the victory.
It was each team's opening game of the 2025-27 Test championship cycle and moves the hosts directly into second place behind leaders Australia.
Their victory was founded on contributions of 93 by opener Imam and, importantly, number seven Agha which boosted them to three hundred and seventy-eight.
After that slow bowlers Noman Ali and Sajid took advantage of helpful home pitches, as they had in their series victory over England last year, to maintain their lead.
The next and last match begins on 20 October.
